  • If a ride is canceled by Saheli Ride due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel a ride within 30 min of the scheduled pickup time, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to our cancellation policy.

  2. Provide your booking details, including the ride ID and reason for the refund request.

  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking within 7 days of approval.

We strive to process refunds promptly. Refunds will typically be processed and credited to your account within 7 days from the date of approval.
